The problem with these healthy foods are that they are usually high-fat foods that are not built to fill you up and in addition they can even cause you to crave a lot more high-fat foods. One of the exceptions to the rule when it comes to liquor is wine. Red wine has been proven to actually prevent cardiovascular disease in some people. Always remember, it’s best to only drink one a glass and no more. When I leave the house to a restaurant, I always choose a cold glass of water which is much better to your body and your wallet.
